The Federation of Air New Zealand Pilots is a union exclusively committed to representing pilots employed by Air New Zealand. Our membership encompasses professionals across all Air New Zealand fleets including flight simulator instructors. The Federation is dedicated to the advancement of aviation safety, professional standards and industrial representation for our members.
We invite all pilots employed by Air New Zealand—whether operating as a jet pilot, instructing in simulators or flying regionally on a turboprop—to explore the benefits Federation membership can offer.
